125th Anniversary Gala

Description

The Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce is honored to celebrate its 125th Anniversary Gala, and we are delighted to have you join us for an evening of recognition, celebration, and connection.

The event will take place at the Lansing Center on Wednesday, February 25th at 5:00 p.m.

The evening will be emceed by Bobby Hofmann and Sheri Jones, and will feature inspiring recognitions, elegant dining, and opportunities to connect with business and community leaders from across the region.

Guests will begin the evening in the exhibit area, featuring music, car displays, and photo opportunities. At 6:00 p.m., the dining area will open, and guests will be invited to take their seats as our program begins at 6:15p.m.

Please note that the bars will be closed during the program portion of the evening to ensure full attention and respect for our award recipients and speakers on stage.

We look forward to celebrating this historic milestone with you and sharing a memorable evening together.

Event Details

Attire:
In honor of this milestone occasion, formal or black tie attire is welcomed, including formal suits, evening gowns, cocktail dresses, or other formal attire.

Check-In:
Please check in at the registration desk upon arrival. At the registration table, you will receive: 

  • Parking validation for the designated parking locations noted below
  • Two drink tickets per attendee
  • Your table number

An LRCC Ambassador will assist in directing you to your seat. Guests are encouraged to inform the host company that invited them to ensure proper seating arrangements.

Coat check will be provided.

Afterglow
Following the awards program, guests are invited to enjoy an afterglow of music and networking as we celebrate together from 8:15 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Parking:
Lansing Center | 333 E. Michigan Ave. Lansing, MI 48933 United States & 219 North Grand ramp.

Guests parking at the 219 North Grand Ramp may access the Lansing Center via the skywalk; please note that the skywalk closes at 11:00 p.m.

Parking Validation Coupon Instructions (Coupons will only validate Lansing Center Lots #19 #20 #21 #37 & 219 North Grand ramp. Validated parking spots are first come first serve.)

1. Pull an entry when entering the facility (you will need this to exit the facility). Keep the ticket in your vehicle. You won’t need it until you exit

2. Receive your validation coupon from the registration table

3. When exiting the facility, insert your entry ticket into the exit machine, wait for the machine to process your balance due and then insert your validation coupon into the machine (the same way you inserted your entry ticket). The exit gate will raise after the machine processes the validation coupon. If not, then hit the intercom button to talk to one of our CSR’s to assist with your exit.
