Local to Lansing: How Local Businesses Grow and Thrive is a dynamic panel discussion featuring Lansing-based small business owners who will share real-world strategies and lessons learned from building sustainable, successful businesses. Our panelists will discuss how leveraging local resources, forming strong partnerships, planning for generational transitions, and staying rooted in the community contribute to long-term growth. Designed to inform and inspire, this session offers practical insights for entrepreneurs looking to not only start a business in Lansing, but to make it last.

Our panel includes Tiffany Dowling from M3 Group, Ben Rathbun from Rathbun Insurance Agency, and Tico Duckett from Duckett Brothers Distributing, and will be moderated by Ben Bakken of Tri-Star Trust Bank.

This event, in partnership with LEAP, is part of Entrepreneurship & Innovation Week, celebrating the people and ideas driving Michigan’s startup and small business community forward.
