This engaging program will explore how organizations can leverage social responsibility and employee engagement to build trust, strengthen organizational culture, and align teams around meaningful work. Attendees will also gain practical strategies for mastering mindset, performing effectively under pressure, and developing high-performing teams.

 

Alyssa Sherman-Shepard 

Alyssa will discuss how organizations can integrate social responsibility, employee engagement, and high-performance leadership practices to create stronger workplace cultures. This session will explore how CSR and ESG initiatives can build trust, enhance employee engagement, and align teams around a shared sense of purpose.

 

Bill Burke | Keynote Speaker, Certified Performance Coach, and Author

Bill will provide insights on mastering mindset, leading under pressure, and cultivating championship-level performance from his experiences as a collegiate quarterback and business leader.
