Richards & Addy Wealth Management is an industry leading wealth management firm with over 45 years of experience in providing financial solutions to individuals, businesses, and families. We are looking for a Client Services Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This individual will help to cultivate and enhance our overall client experience, provide administrative assistance to our partners, and support our firm’s strategic initiatives.
Position: Full-Time
Location: Lansing, MI (in-person)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, first-class experience for our clients, prospective clients, and centers of influences
- Address and follow up on all incoming client inquiries/requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage all incoming and outgoing calls, mail, faxes, and other correspondence
- Assist with scheduling and managing client/prospect meetings
- Manage firm’s client database - maintain all client information and track client calls, appointments, email communications, follow-up tasks, important dates, etc.
- Manage client file system
- Assist with meeting preparation, printing and assembling reports, client meeting follow-up procedures, etc.
- Process client change forms and other account management requests, as assigned
- Assist with client online account access requests
- Maintain office, printing, and marketing supplies
- Assist with general administrative responsibilities
Required Skills and Competencies
- 2-3 years of office administration or client service experience
- Desire to be a part of a high-performing, dynamic team
- Exceptional customer service
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly motivated, proactive, and energetic
- Experienced and extremely adaptable with technology
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Adhere to set regulatory standard and operating procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business administration, or related field
- Prior experience with client relationship management systems, financial management software, scheduling tools, digital marketing, etc.
- 1-2 years of financial services industry experience
