  • Wage: $12.00 per hour

  • Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

REQUIREMENTS 


  • Entry level – NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

  • Sewing machine experience preferred 

  • Manufacturing and/or production experience preferred 

 

DUTIES 

  • Ensure alignment of fabric, garments, and materials under needles using marks on machines, clamps, templates, cloth and notches as guides.   

  • Guide garment parts under machine needles and press foot pedals to sew parts together.  

  • Handle garments by folding, bagging, labeling, using scissors to trim threads, threading and tying hangers, zipper pulls or plastic cord locks. 

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.  

  • Other related duties as assigned.

  • Practice LEAN principles and 5S concepts.  

  • Support ISO-9000 and Peckham, Inc. Quality Management Systems requirements. 

  • Support Peckham Inc’s vision, value, culture, and commitment to excellence. 

  • Participate in Peckham’s safety programs and ergonomic activities as required.
