Pay Range: $75,000+


Our Vice President - Marketplace is responsible for growing the local market, has a group of assigned office managers as direct reports. They may also have the responsibility of their own office.


•Supervise and lead all office employees to meet office and individual goals.

•Meet goals set for the position.

•Supervise, lead and grow a group of assigned office managers.

•Supervise and lead all office employees to meet office and individual goals.

•Conduct performance reviews and individual monthly coaching for all direct reports. Review and approve performance reviews for employees reporting to direct report office managers.

•Communicate with to staff to ensure consistent operations.

•Promote growth of the market through sales, and ensuring a high level of member service.

•Promote an understanding of policies and procedures by office staff.

•Perform sales calls to local businesses including managing Financial Wellness presentations.

•Assist in any area as directed by senior management.

•Assigned Offices meet or exceeds office goals/measures to grow the office.

•Provides leadership and accountability for Office Teams

•Effectively communicates the goals, values and mission of the credit union.

•Develops relationships with team, other departments in the credit union, and within the community.

•Regularly meets with employees to review their development progress by providing specific feedback both positive and constructive through effective coaching.


•Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of office management experience or equivalent. 

•Proven history of goal attainment. 

•An understanding of credit union history, philosophy, organization by-laws and operating procedures.


•Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.

•Initiative, drive, intensity and commitment; must be energetic and engaged.

•Ability to work independently and make judgments in the best interest of the member and Consumers.

•Must be a strategic and visionary thinker and be a self-starter that is proactive in creating solutions.

•Must be able to lead and rally others around ideas.

•Excellent listening skills.

•Demonstrated knowledge of all Consumers products and services.

•Ability to work collaboratively with all areas of the Credit Union.
