The November Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Series will be led by Elaine Hardy, director of diversity, equity and inclusion for the City of East Lansing, and will explore why senior leadership, CEOs and executives need to have a clearly defined personal commitment to DEI, and why if they do not, it would be impossible to embed equity in their organizations.
The engaging session will focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and explain how these principles support the sustainability of your organization’s commitment. It will highlight the allocation of resources to essential aspects of the organization and serve as a clear example for all members to follow.
