Description

Building Trust Across Five Generations - A Conversation About One of Today's Biggest Workplace Challenges

You've experienced it. A conversation with a coworker that ends with you thinking, "I have no idea why they think that way."

Today's workplace is the first in history where as many as five generations are working side by side. They bring different experiences, expectations, and perspectives on communication, feedback, flexibility, and what makes a great workplace. When those differences aren't understood, trust begins to erode, communication breaks down, and teams struggle to do their best work.

In Bobby Hoffman’s experience with organizations across Mid-Michigan, this is one of the conversations that comes up again and again.

Join us for a candid conversation exploring what's really happening inside today's workplaces and what it takes to build stronger trust across generations. You'll leave with a better understanding of why these gaps happen and practical ideas you can begin using right away.

This isn't a conversation about which generation is right.

It's about how better understanding leads to stronger teams and better workplaces.

Panelists will be announced soon.
