Parking and Entrance: Guests are welcome to park in the parking lot located in front of the main Burcham Hills Resident Center building, front entrance. Entrance into the event will take place at the side entrance of the StoneBriar building immediately adjacent to the StoneBriar main entrance. We will have signage and greeters in the parking lot to direct guests to this entrance.

Food & Beverage:

Slider Bar - to include olive topping, chutney, smoked bleu cheese, goat cheese and caramelized onions and the usual great expectations.

Chilled poached shrimp

Display of Fresh fruit with Nutella, chocolate sauce, and vanilla Greek yogurt

Cheese and sausage display with lamb chops

Individual Beef Wellington with whole grain mustard sauce 

Tale of two chickens

Chicken Satay & Jerk Chicken Skewers w/ peanut sauce and sweet spicy tomato dipping sauce

Grilled vegetable quesadillas salsa, guacamole, sour cream 

Tours: Tours of StoneBriar at Burcham Hills will be on a voluntary basis between 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Participants will be required to sign-up and complete an release of liability form to tour due to the building currently being under construction.

Keepsake: Guests will be given a glass etched with the Burcham Hills and StoneBriar logos
