September’s economic luncheon hosts a dynamic panel discussion on the future of Downtown Lansing. We are excited to hear from prominent Lansing developers Pat Gillespie (Founder & CEO of Gillespie Group), and John Hindo (President of Boji Group), with invaluable insights from Van Martin, President and CEO of the premier commercial real estate services company in our region, Martin Commercial Properties, and small business champion, Cathleen Edgerly, Executive Director of Downtown Lansing, Inc. Lori Rishar, Edge Partnerships, will lead this vital discussion on topics including housing and office space needs, future developments, how to address challenges and opportunities, and why a strong urban core is necessary for a growing and thriving region.

IMPORTANT PARKING UPDATE
Beginning on Monday, Aug. 28, 2023, the parking ramp adjacent to Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center will be managed by the MSU Department of Police and Public Safety. Payment kiosks are located in the hotel (two on the lobby level next to the ATM) and in the parking ramp (three on the ground level).
For the remainder of 2023, Kellogg has arranged with MSU police that Lansing Economic Club attendee parking remain complementary.
Lansing Economic Club attendees can bypass putting in a code with no risk of ticket. Just park and enter. Lansing Economic Club attendees will not need to stop at the kiosks on their way into the building.
