South Capitol Ramp off Capitol is parking ramp that will be validated

1. Pull an entry ticket to gain access to the ramp, park anywhere in the ramp from the basement to the 4th level.
2. Leave your entry ticket in your vehicle, you will need this to exit.
3. You will be given your validation coupon at the event from the host.
4. When exiting the ramp you will insert your entry ticket, the machine will process your entry fee, insert your validation coupon. The gate will raise, and you exit
