Kitchen Prep & Customer Service Associate (Part-Time, Flexible Hours)
Graze Craze Charcuterie Boards & Boxes of Okemos is hiring a part-time team member to support both kitchen prep and front counter customer service. This is a hands-on role in a commercial kitchen and retail space food environment preparing and assembling charcuterie boards and assisting customers in-store.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble charcuterie boards and boxes
- Follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Greet customers, answer questions, and take orders
- Provide a positive, efficient customer experience
- Perform deliveries and catering set ups
- Support daily store operations as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Friendly and professional with customers
- Able to multitask between kitchen prep and front counter
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Comfortable working on your feet
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Schedule & Hours
- Part-time, flexible hours based on business needs
- Hours will vary week to week depending on order volume
- More hours available during holidays, events, and busy periods
- Must be available for mornings, days, weekends, and holidays
- Store hours: Monday through Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, some Sundays
Pay
- Starting at $12/hour plus tips
