Summary: 

The Finance & ERP Manager at Campbell Press Repair oversees and manages our financial operations, ERP system, and business improvement initiatives to drive Campbell Press Repair’s growth and profitability.


Position Responsibilities:

    Financial Management

o    Analyze profit and loss statements, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance financial performance.

o    Perform financial forecasting and collaborate with CPAs to create predictable wealth creation strategies.

o    Responsible for internal and external financial reporting including tax returns and other statutory filing.

o    Managing insurance policies, and compliance with legal requirements.

o    Track utilization and profitability of equipment.

o    Report on internal cost drivers (consumables, tooling and equipment).

o    Facilitate periodic review of CapEx and OpEx project budgets.

o    Review and update the company’s 401(k) plan design and investment options.

o    Manage and maintain the group benefits plan.

o    Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws.


    Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Management:

o    Optimize the ERP system (Acumatica).

o    Provide support and training for end users.

o    Manage IT system including cybersecurity and cloud-based solutions.

o    Analyze ERP data to identify ways to improve business processes.


    Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

o    Oversee Bookkeeper.

o    Participate in strategic business planning.

o    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

o    Manage commercial IS&T relationships (IT Consultants, CAD, CAM, and other SaaS providers).

o    Maintain relationships with direct and indirect suppliers.

o    Oversee management of rental properties on the Campbell campus.

o    Serve as the main point of contact for property management activities.


Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.

    3 to 5 years of business / finance management experience.

    A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an ERP specialist.


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

o    Knowledge of current taxes, tax incentives, and business laws.
