We are expanding our offices into Michigan, and we are looking for top candidates to join our team at our new East Lansing location!

Our office operates as a close-knit team of insurance producers, working together in a friendly, family-like environment, to grow our Farmers Insurance Agency and we are looking for other "Go Getter's" to join our team!

This position is Salary plus Commissions (Uncapped Commissions)

Job Requirements:

*Property & Casualty License, Life & Health Licenses (Preferred)

*If not Licensed, the ability to complete your licensing in a timely manner

*Insurance experience or sales experience (Preferred)

*Self-Starter

*Team Player as well as being a team leader

*Highly Effective Communicaton Skills

*Be Outstanding at Customer Relationship Building

*Think on your feet & find solutions to customer needs

*Listen intently to customer needs

*Ability to be punctual and to stay on task daily

Job Responsibilities:

*Meet new business production goals and objectives as established

*Return all phone messages promptly

*Generate Insurance Quotes & Bind Coverage Policies

*Provide exceptional, superior customer service

*Maintain Client relationships with follow up phone calls

*Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty

*Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists

Pay Range: $21-$25 per hour
