If you ever want to be a Leader, or truly believe that you already are, by focusing on respecting others, you have the capacity to seamlessly and consistently be effective at championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Because it’s really all about respecting that a human being is a human being, just like you. When enough of us choose this approach, we will positively influence the world to be a happier and more fulfilling place for all.
