Pay Range: $40,000 - $50,000
Summary:
Equanimity Wealth Management, a growing financial planning and wealth management firm, is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to assist us in helping clients pursue their financial goals. Our mission is to serve our team, clients, and community with honesty, respect, and excellence. To achieve that, we are a professional, goal-oriented firm focused on the education, training, and personal development of our team members, so they can successfully serve clients to meet and exceed their expectations.
Our CSA plays a critical role in the functioning of our firm and our client’s experience. They keep client accounts organized and ensure that all paperwork, service needs, and transaction processing are handled timely, accurately, and accomplished in a professional manner. This industry requires a high attention to detail, so the ability to retain training combined with the ability to sequentially accomplish multi-step tasks will allow clients to be served effectively.
Position Responsibilities:
• Create paperwork and open new accounts for clients
• Process and track account transfers
• Process contributions, distributions, and trading
• Track and maintain many required monthly and annual tasks for clients
• Manage client service requests
• Document tasks, following compliance rules and regulations
• Follow written systems of all activities
• Maintain client data
• Create data reports
• Service, not sell, to clients
• Handles miscellaneous operational activities.
Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree is preferred in business/accounting field.
• 3 or more years of experience in an office setting.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• An ability to handle multiple tasks, at times in tight time frames

• Ability to apply logical reasoning to analyze situations, solve problems, and make sound decisions based on available information.
• Ability to follow processes.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical and research skills
• A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people
• Not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to clients
• Able to switch gears quickly based on client or firm needs that arise
• Pride in autonomy while enjoying being part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer operations
• Experience with Salesforce is beneficial.
• Ability to adapt to use new software.
• Ability to learn new skills and adapt to feedback.
