Responsibilities
- Duties will include operating the Toast point-of-sale system
- Answering phones and working with customers
- Taking catering orders
- Managing inventory
- Building charcuterie boards
- Prepping ingredients
- Slicing meat
- Cleaning
- Managing employees
Experience
- Proven experience in a management role
- Strong skills in time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage staff, including training and development of team members.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A proactive and thoughtful approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Qualifications
- Inventory management experience
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Strong supervisory skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Strong organizational skills
